Certification/Course Completion E-Cards are issued within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified in your class. We’re welcome to provide a note of completion in the meantime for your employer, just ask!
Hybrid class incorporates online video learning and in person instruction. The majority of the learning takes place virtually, upon completion you’ll complete in person skills session with us. Plus our Orange office has bean to cup coffee! (or hot cocoa/tea)
Yes! We offer early mornings 6am & nights 8pm appointments at our Orange office with our BLS Hybrid. If a time slot is not listed, call us 714-430-3945. For early morning sessions we ask for at least 8 hours notice prior to allow us to send you modules access & completion.

Yes, we can come by your office (location depending) or your staff can train at ours (hybrid) ! We serve groups across Orange County and nearby areas of Los Angeles County.
The training depends on what you need it for. If taking for school or employment, we advise you to contact them for their requirements before signing up. However, for hospitals/healthcare facilities in Orange County a BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
Those are our premium partner locations, which are reserved exclusively for Hybrid Private sessions by appointment “The Solo Session Premium”. Because these venues host private sessions, they are only available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While there is a slight premium fee for these locations, they offer the convenience of being closer to your home or office, and they all include free parking. For example, if you live in Irvine and want to avoid driving to our main Orange office, you can book a private session at a nearby premium location instead.
Yes. Our scheduled public instructor-led classes are typically held at local city recreation centers in Los Alamitos & Stanton. If you’d prefer to attend an instructor-led class in Orange, we can accommodate in a private session, times are limited.
For most students, we recommend our The Lineup or The Solo session training options, which offer greater flexibility and are often more convenient.

The Surf Cat Flex Pass (rescheduling insurance) is an optional add-on at checkout – only $10. Life gets wavy! The FlexPass unlocks up to two (2) free emergency reschedules at any time—even at the last minute if your work shift changes or you need little more time than anticipated for the online portion. If you opt out: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a $25 fee per occurrence (if provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled session, there’s no charge)

Yep! All of our classes/sessions have an instructor present. They’re with you every step of the way from office entry to departure. For sessions, on weekends or early morning/nights – please call 714-430-3945 or email support@surfcatcpr.com upon arrival so we meet you downstairs.
Two years from the day you finish — through the end of that month. So if you complete it on August 11th, your card is good through August 31st two years later. You’ll get reminder emails from us as well before it expires, so you may renew timely.
